Design & Development
After getting all requirement identified and approved by our client we design and develop the solution for delivery. It may include - software development, hardware sourcing, solution integration, procurement of licenses, etc. activities to make solution ready.
Implementation & Training
Implementation phase includes deployment-testing of solution for acceptance and then user training. A successful implementation of system is notified as 'system in operation' or 'commercial launch', After hand over of the project support phase starts.
Maintenance of provided solution is very important to cope with the changes and updates. Support services are conducted as warranty, Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), etc. Supports are managed under Service Level Agreement (SLA).
